Balance Accounting, Consulting and Design are proud to continue their 15+ years support of the preeminent Men’s pairs competition at the Wanganui Golf Club.

The Doig Bowl has been running since 1944, donated by then President Andrew Doig. For the first 23 years it was a singles event, changing to pairs in 1968.  Some infamous names appear, with Harvey Green in 1983, Redpath in 1986, Shannon 1988.  Bait (K Johnson) first appears in 1990 then goes on to win another four times in 92,98, 2014 & 2020.  By my quick look the most successful Doig winner of all time. Best of luck drawing him!!
